    Very interesting. I think when educators create and present video content for learners, they need to take into account that learning from video requires a completely different way of engaging with the medium. Normal, everyday television and video features sensory-rich, affect-oriented content, and doesn’t expect a significant engagement or learning outcome. By contrast, educational content expects learners to be actively engaged, features cognitive-oriented content, and has specific learning objectives. This requires viewers to develop and use a completely different viewing schema. The approach offered in this video forces a more active engagement, and therefore improves learning outcomes. Clever, and very useful!
